Biography:

I am originally from New York and transplanted to the great state of Arizona.  This is my 8th year working for the San Carlos Unified School District and 15th year in education.  I started in the district as a School Counselor before moving into an Associate Principal position.  I am now in my 4th year as the proud Principal of Rice Intermediate.  

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, exercising, reading, walking my dog and watching my beloved New York Giants!   

My approach to school leadership is guided by my school counseling background.  Being approachable and utilizing strong communication skills are vital to school success. 

My goal is to build a strong rapport with each of my students, and help guide them to achieve greatness.
