Rice Elementary School will be closed on Monday, November 10 for Fall Break and Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
Students and staff will return on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
Lil' Miss Rice Pageant
Congratulations to our newly crowned Lil' Miss Rice Kayloni June Kenton! 1st Attendant - Waylynn Bullis, Miss Congeniality - Waylynn Bullis. We had amazing performances and a great turnout! Thank you to all our participants, parents, volunteers and staff!
Fire Prevention Presentation
Tricia Logan, our Cultural Success Coach, brought in Wilfred Steele and Smokey the Bear to meet with out students about the importance of fire prevention. They're pictured here with Ms. Chae's Kindergarten class.
Class Project
In Mrs. Bernabe's class, students created "Mini Pots" for their gardening art project. Great job students! Thank you Mrs. Bernabe for the great art project!
