About San Carlos Unified School District

Established in 1965, San Carlos Unified School District proudly serves approximately 1,300 students across five schools on the San Carlos Apache Reservation.
Grounded in the values, culture, and traditions of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, our district is dedicated to empowering every student through meaningful learning experiences, high expectations, and strong community partnerships. We believe that academic excellence and cultural identity go hand in hand, and we are committed to preparing students to succeed while honoring the heritage that makes our community unique.
