ANNAMMA JOSEPH
School Improvement Specialist
With more than two decades of experience in Mathematics education, I have devoted my career to helping students and teachers reach their highest potential. I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics as well as a Master’s in Educational Leadership with an administrative certification. Throughout my journey, I have taught high school Mathematics, including dual-credit courses such as Pre-Cal to Calculus, and I continue to serve as an adjunct faculty at the Gila Community College.
My passion has always been rooted in the belief that education can transform lives. As the School Improvement Specialist at San Carlos High School, my mission is to empower teachers to become more innovative, confident, and inspired in their instructional practice. I collaborate closely with educators and teams to strengthen data-driven instruction through effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), ensuring that every decision we make is centered on student learning and success. My work focuses on refining instructional practices, fostering collaborative growth, and promoting rigorous, engaging, and equitable learning environments where both teachers and students can thrive.
Every day, I strive to empower both educators and students—to spark curiosity, cultivate perseverance, and build a community where learning is meaningful, purposeful, and accessible to all. It is an honor to serve in a role that brings out the best in our teachers and helps guide our students toward bright and limitless futures.
