My name is Jessie Little Finger. I am an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and was born and raised in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. I began working in the San Carlos Unified School District in 2015 as an Instructional Aide for the Rice Intermediate School. After a brief return to South Dakota, I am back working with the district as an Instructional Aide for grades 9-12 in the special education department. I live in San Carlos with my husband and daughter. My interests and hobbies include spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy looking in thrift stores, traveling, hiking, playing volleyball with my daughter, reading books, crafting, decorating and writing in my spare time. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work degree and am in my senior year with Oglala Lakota College. Pilamayaye, thank you!
