ISABEL SUKOSKY

My name is Isabel Sukosky. I live in Globe, Arizona with my husband of 28 years. We have two adult sons, a dog and two grand-pups. We will be expecting our first grandbaby in April of 2024!

This is my 30th year in education. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, fourth grade, and currently Reading Intervention for grades 3-5. I received my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Elementary Education with a Bilingual emphasis. My graduate degrees are from Grand Canyon University with a MA in Curriculum Instruction with a reading emphasis and most recently an EDS in Teaching and Learning with an adult emphasis.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to read! Literacy acquisition is my passion! I mostly read professional literature but do enjoy a good fiction on occasion. My lifestyle is very active. You can find me at the gym 4 days out of the week without fail. I enjoy long walks or hikes with my friends on the weekends.

Ultimately, I have a very blessed life!
